Hankison Filter-E7 level
Used for filter liquid water and oil,could be filter as small as 1μm solid particles,to achieve 1.0ppmw/w,
remaining maximum oil content of first class. Fiber filter media and media alternately laminated, filter out
the larger particles-the second level. Multi-fiber epoxy adhesive mixed media, deep fiber medium,
coalescence and oil mist filter out solid particles for E5-level filter for pre-treatment prior to use; cold-dry
machines and dryers, to further improve air quality.
Hankison Filter-E5 level
Used for for coalescence small Water vapor and oil mist, Can filter out as small as 0.01 micron solid
particles, to achieve 0.01ppmw / w maximum remaining oil content. Almost all of the moisture, dust
and oil have been removed. Level 1 multi-fiber media and media filters, filter out larger particles in the
air filter into the first two pre-filter before the first two layers bonded fiber media, filter out small condensate
level for E3 before filtration and dry machine, the protective effect, after the cold dryer, ensure the air is
not including oil.
Hankison Filter-E3 level
Used for for coalescence small Water vapor and oil mist, Can filter out as small as 0.01 micron solid particles,
to achieve 0.01ppmw / w maximum remaining oil content. Pre-filter and air dispersed the first two layers bonded
fiber media, filter out small condensate and dry filter for E1-level machine before, the protective effect, after
cold dryer, ensure the air is not contain oil.
Hankison Filter-E1 level
Used for filter the oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapors, can filter as small as 0.01 micron filter solid particles,
to 0.003ppmw / w the residual oil content, free of moisture, dirt and oil, odorless and tasteless, from the
last filtration. The first one very fine powder, stable layer of activated carbon can filter out most of the oil
vapor level 2 micro-fine multi-fiber media bonded carbon powder, can filter out some of the residual steam
must be used for high-quality air-quality units such as food industry, breathing, aseptic packaging.
