Oil-water separator ;is mainly for oil - water liquid separation design, it contains two kinds of filters, namely: poly filters and separation filter. For example, in addition to the water system of oil, the oil flows coalescence separator, first passes through coalescence filter, coalescing filter solids filtered off, and the small water droplets to coalesce into larger droplets. Most water droplets after coalescence can be separated from the oil by gravity removal, sedimentation into the sump. Then it flows through the oil separation filter, the filter has a good separation of hydrophobic lipophilic and thus further separation of water, at last, clean and anhydrous oil outflow of the coalescence separator.

First, the oil through the inlet pipe into the lower part of the filter housing, and then flows through the filter element from the outside, then the coarse particles will settle down immediately, the discharge valve is released, the smaller particles are blocked filter. Finally, the oil through the filter clean collection trays, by the outlet pipe out of coalescence separator, with the increase in the amount of oil to be processed, contaminants deposited on the filter differential pressure will cause the rise coalescer. When the pressure rises to 0.15Mpa, indicating coalescence filter has been clogged and should be replaced.

Coalescence separator flow from the inlet flow into a tray, and then split at the level inside the filter, filtered, emulsion breaking, water molecules grow, coalescence process, level of impurities trapped in the filter element, agglomerated droplets settling in sedimentation tank, oil filter from the outside into two, brought together in two trays from the coalescence separator outlet flow. Secondary element of the material is hydrophobic, oil can be passed, free water was blocked outside the filters ,sedimentation tank flows through the discharge sewage discharge valve.
